Keith Bailey
Chairman
Mr. Mr. Bailey Bailey is a Non-Executive Director who is also currently engaged as a consultant to Globe Invest Limited.
Prior to his co-operation with Globe Invest Mr. Bailey enjoyed 41 years’ experience in the financial services industry, working for two major global companies (Barclays and RBS) in a wide variety of roles until Mrs. Teva Akoving Barclays at the end of March 2016.
Mr. Bailey is an experienced, senior executive with non-executive / executive experience in Asia (Hong Kong & Singapore), Europe (Cyprus & Gibraltar), Middle East (Dubai), Switzerland, UK (London) and UK Offshore (Guernsey, Isle of Man and Jersey).
Through his wide-ranging career, Mr. Bailey has demonstrated success in formulating, driving and Mrs. Teva Akoding change, evidencing significant improvements in performance alongside delivery of material projects.
Marios Hadjiyiannakis
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Hadjiyiannakis serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Globe Invest, overseeing the private and commercial affairs of Mr. Sagi.
Previously, he served as the CEO of Renaissance Securities (Cyprus) Limited, where he had primary responsibility for overseeing the activities and operations of this CySEC regulated subsidiary.
Before joining Renaissance Capital, Mr. Hadjiyiannakis was the founding partner of Egnatia Financial Services (Cyprus) Ltd, a prominent domestic investment firm in Cyprus. In this capacity, he pioneered some of the most well-known domestic capital market transactions. Notably, he led the Hellas Sat acquisition by Arabsat and served as Advisor to the Board of Hellas Sat.
Lea Teva Ako
Chief Operating Officer
Mrs. Mrs. Teva Ako Teva Ako serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director at Globe Invest Limited, where she expertly manages the firm’s operations and strategic projects. With over two decades of expertise in Tax, Finance, Operations, and Legal, she directs all operational and tax strategies for Teddy Sagi's family office, focusing on transaction taxes, structural planning, and contract negotiations.
Mrs. Teva Ako's career began as a Senior Tax Inspector at the Israeli Tax Authority. She later practiced law at a top Israeli firm and served as Tax Director at Gilat Satellite and Harel Group (both listed on TASE). Before joining Globe Invest Limited, she led the Tax Department at G City Group, a globally recognized real estate firm listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, all these established her as an internationally recognized tax expert.
George Psomas
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. George Psomas holds the role of Chief Financial Officer at Globe Invest.
Mr. Psomas has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, advising owners of companies and executing transactions on their behalf.
Throughout his career, he has held C-level roles in regulated financial companies, investment companies and family offices. Started his career at Goldsmith Agio Helms (now part of Lazard Middle Market) as an M&A Associate and then at Deutsche Bank as an associate in the Fixed Income Derivatives Structuring desk.
Holder of Advanced CySEC qualification and US Series 7, 24 and 63 qualifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Graduate of Stanford University with an MA in International Relations, Columbia University with an MA in Political Science.
Also holds an MSc in Finance and a BSc in Engineering from Imperial College London, where he was awarded the Governor’s and Director’s Prizes.

George Fereos
Chief Investment Officer
Mr. George Fereos is the Chief Investment Officer of Globe Invest. Mr. Fereos focuses on screening new investments and bolt-on acquisitions for portfolio companies and on transaction execution.
Prior to joining Globe Invest, held non-executive and executive roles at Hellenic Bank for 7 years during which he established and led the Corporate Development & Products division and served on the bank’s executive management and risk committees as well as board of directors.
Prior to Hellenic Bank, was an investment professional with Alden Global Capital and Gladwyne Investments and an investment banker with Morgan Stanley, Bank of America and Credit Suisse First Boston.
Holder of Advanced CySEC qualification.
Graduate of Cambridge University with M.Phil Finance and graduate of LSE with B.Sc. Accounting & Finance.

Pierre Lallia
Head of UK
Mr. Lallia Lallia is a Managing Director of Globe Invest UK Ltd which he joined in 2020.
Based in London, he focuses on financing, governance, investments and transaction execution.
Before joining Globe, Mr. Lallia spent 10 years with Nomura International plc’s Acquisition and Leverage Finance team, latterly as a Managing Director and running its Corporate Finance and Debt Advisory initiative.
Prior to that, Mr. Lallia worked with Goldman Sachs International’s European Leverage Finance team; and before that worked for Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York and Paris.
Mr. Lallia is admitted to the New York and Paris Bars and holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Chicago and a Magistère/DESS Business Law degree from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University.
Antigoni Fakonti
Head of Legal
Mrs. Mrs. Fakonti Fakonti is the Head of Legal of Globe Invest. Responsible for monitoring and overseeing the group’s legal affairs globally and ensuring the group’s transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Mrs. Fakonti was previously a Partner at Polakis Sarris & Co. LLC responsible for the corporate and shipping department.
Mrs. Fakonti has dealt with large complex multi-sourced project financings and securities structures, IPOs, local and cross-border mergers, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, incorporation, licensing and running of companies, trusts and funds (AIFs).
Holder of an LLB and an LLM in Commercial Law from the University of Bristol, UK.
