Three Israeli businessmen who invested in Cypriot real estate

Israel has become a key business partner of Cyprus in recent years, with Israeli investments in our island increasing year after year.

Teddy Sagi is known for his business activities on the island, which are mainly in the technology sector.


As far as the real estate sector is concerned, he introduced the Labs brand experience in Nicosia to the Cypriot market through the operation of Labs Tower.


This is a high-tech and comfort tower in the centre of the capital. It has 22 floors and houses the Cyprus headquarters of the Sagi group of companies.


It also features co-working, as well as open plan office space, apartments, meeting rooms, cafeterias and a gym.


More generally, Teddy Sagi holds an international portfolio of properties in the UK, Spain, Israel, Israel, Romania, Cyprus and Greece, mainly related to tourism, residential and commercial developments.
