Nicolas has a keen interest in identifying and investing in undervalued companies and special situations.
Having graduated from the University of Manchester in 1999, Nicolas joined his family’s accounting and corporate services business, quickly expanding the company to new vertical markets and geographies. He was instrumental in enhancing product lines throughout the firm and expanding the company’s business network in Europe and Asia.

Nicolas founded Treppides Investments in 2010, to institutionalise his investment holdings and further pursue his investment interests whilst maintaining a focus on special situations such as reorganisations, distressed opportunities and strategic partnerships.
The firm capitalises on the strength and depth of Nicolas’ network, which includes high net worth investors, banks and other financial institutions, as well as service providers to replenish its opportunities funnel and pipeline.
Nicolas has successfully executed numerous investments in companies operating in technology, FinTech and healthcare sectors.
Applying the same key principles across all real estate projects, Nicolas developed a series of lucrative projects with a high return on equity creating a portfolio of holdings in locations across Europe, mainly London, Athens, Mykonos, Berlin and Cyprus.
