OIKONOMIKI - Treppides Investments has acquired a number of properties, three of which have been converted into luxury hotels, one in Athens and two in Mykonos.
Treppides Investments, recognizing the positive dynamics of the Greek economy and the growth in the hospitality sector, at the beginning of 2017, sought excellent tourist destinations and acquired a series of properties, three of which have been converted into luxury hotels, one in Athens and two in Mykonos. In addition, two more properties are being renovated to start operations in 2020 creating a portfolio of 5 hotels now reaching a size that will allow for operational efficiency and synergies. Our goal is to increase hospitality services in Greece by providing excellent accommodation services and to create, through Oniro, a recognizable and valuable brand name.
Oniro Suites opened in June 2018
The property is located in the heart of the city, next to some of the most famous hotels on the island. It has been completely renovated and converted into a luxury boutique hotel with 8 suites. Oniro Mykonos, opened in June 2019
Oniro Mykonos has just opened its doors and is the newest addition to Oniro Hotels. Located on a hill with panoramic sea views, it takes luxury to a whole new level. At Oniro Mykonos, guests can enjoy a wide range of unique all-day experiences to suit all tastes, some of which include the infinity pool, Pool Bar and Restaurant, Spa, Gym and Kids Club. Coming soon from Oniro Hotels
In the first half of 2020, Treppides Investments will open a second hotel in Athens in the area of Thiseion. The hotel will be housed in a listed building from 1896, which is being extensively renovated and structurally reinforced, and is due to be completed in May 2020.Once renovated, the hotel will feature 19 rooms and suites, impressive views of the Acropolis, a breakfast terrace and an indoor courtyard with a swimming pool.
A third property will be added in late 2020 with the creation of a boutique hotel with luxurious and spacious suites in the heart of Athens, at Mitropoleos Square.
