MYKONOS POSTS - The luxury villa Villa Serenity was put up for sale by the well-known Cypriot businessman Nicolas Treppides, according to Forbes.
The villa, which was completed in 2022, was used until recently by the businessman and his family for holidays, while it was also rented for 9,500 euros a night in the off-season and up to 25,000 euros in the hot season of July-August. The price included staff services.
Nicolas Treppides founder of Moneygate.com and Treppides Investments & Holdings announced that he will sell Villa Serenity for $24.7 million (€23 million).
"Villa Serenity is the first villa in Mykonos that resembles a five-star hotel," says Elpida Kennedy of the Kennedy Group, who is managing both the rental and sale of the property.
"It has the amenities, the staff, the luxury and is in the best location on the island. It's never windy there," she points out.To boost the post’s SEO, include a keyword in the title.

The villa is located on the sheltered south side of the Windward Island, which is more peaceful. It is located on a 7,500 square meter hillside and can accommodate 20 people and overlooks the stunning beaches of Psarou, Platis Gialos and Paranga.
It has eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms, seven of them en-suite.
On the lower level of the villa, fine dining enthusiasts will discover a professional restaurant-level kitchen for the house's private chefs, as well as separate accommodation for the 10 staff members.
It also features an outdoor home cinema with state-of-the-art equipment and top-of-the-range sound systems.
Also, as Forbes reports, it is one of the few properties on the island that has its own organic vegetable garden and a private mini farm, with chickens for fresh eggs.
In addition to the huge master bedroom, Villa Serenity has a children's room with two bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom. The other rooms reflect the modern trend for same-size bedrooms with amenities that can accommodate multiple families.
Villa Serenity also has two infinity pools, one of which is 18 metres long, while the larger, 27 metres long, is heated. All guest bedrooms have access to the lower level pool, while the master bedroom opens onto the smaller upper level pool.
Psarou Beach and Nammos, Mykonos' famous beach club, are within walking distance. The island's bars and restaurants, the airport, Mykonos Town and the nearest market are between three and five kilometres away.
